Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your Monte Carlo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the original tags are intact and the garment is in its original packaging; our team will verify the condition upon arrival at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
